TheMissingTile is a puzzle-strategy game inspired by chess, where mastering movement is the key to victory.

You control a single piece on a broken chessboard filled with gaps, traps, and unexpected mechanics. Your objective is simple: capture the black queen. But the path to reach it is anything but simple.

Unlike classic chess, you only have one piece… Fortunately, your piece can transform into other chess pieces after every move. Each transformation gives you new ways to move and allows you to reach tiles that were previously impossible to access.

The board itself is not always complete. Missing tiles create dangerous gaps, forcing you to carefully plan your moves. Some situations require the knight’s ability to jump, while others demand the precision of a bishop, rook, or queen.

During levels, you can also collect gold pieces to prove your mastery. Each level can contain up to three collectibles, but getting them all will require perfect positioning and smart transformations.

Be careful though… Some golden pieces can fight back. Moving onto the wrong tile may allow an enemy piece to capture you, instantly ending the game.

Think ahead, choose the right transformation, and find the only path that leads to victory.
